RACE 4 – NEWSWIRE TOO The Clinical Veterinary Surgeon reported that NEWSWIRE TOO had a skin infection over the saddle region. Before being allowed to race again, NEWSWIRE TOO will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. RACE 7 – ELITE OF CHIU TON The Clinical Veterinary Surgeon reported that ELITE OF CHIU TON was lame in the right hind leg with an injury to the heel on the day after racing. Before being allowed to race again, ELITE OF CHIU TON will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. RACE 8 EAGLE REGIMENT EAGLE REGIMENT, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer. He said at that time there were no significant findings. EAGLE REGIMENT was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer K L Man this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in the right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, EAGLE REGIMENT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. RICH UNICORN The Clinical Veterinary Surgeon reported that RICH UNICORN was lame in the left front knee on the day after racing.
